Fees
Hourly Rate
For a project which will take less than 5 hours during any given month, the hourly rate will be your first consideration. After our initial consultation, a quote reflecting the total projected hours required will be drawn up, along with a work order contract. A one hour minimum will be billed automatically and subsequent hours billed to the minute at an hourly rate of $20. A 50% deposit of the total quote is required before project work begins. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery of the project.
Packages
Packages are designed for clients needing on-going services and are offered at a slight discount. Packages guarantee a definite number of hours per month, billed at the end of the month. Unused hours will not roll over. Additional hours over the selected fee package will be charged at the regular rate noted above.
For new clients who are not sure of the number of hours needed, the Sapphire Package is an ideal option.

Refer a Partner
When you refer someone who becomes a client of World Wide Secretary, you will receive a credit of $20 as a thank you. That's an extra hour from World Wide Secretary. Be sure to tell anyone you refer to mention your name.

- MasterCard, Visa and other credit cards are accepted through PayPal.
Balances are due within 15 days of of invoice. Payments made after 15 days must include a 1.5% late fee. Continuing services will not be provided if payments are more than 1 month late, and the contract will need to be renegotiated for continued service.
There is a $35 fee for returned checks.
